Welcome to AlgoRishi Hub (“AlgoRishi”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What AlgoRishi is

AlgoRishi Hub is a community and trade-journaling platform for traders in India. We provide tools to record trades, track performance, follow other traders, and learn. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing on the platform is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

2. Your trading decisions are your own

All trading and investment decisions are yours alone. Trading in securities and derivatives carries risk, including the risk of losing your entire capital. Past performance shown on the platform — yours or anyone else’s — does not guarantee future results. You agree that AlgoRishi is not liable for any trading losses.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must be at least 18 years old.

4. Plans, trials and payments

Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime from your account. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

You own the trades, notes and posts you create. By posting publicly you grant us a licence to display that content on the platform. Do not post anything unlawful or abusive, or give specific buy/sell tips as though you were a registered adviser.

6. Broker connections

If you connect a broker account, we access it only to import your trade history and balances to power your journal and analytics. We never place trades on your behalf without your explicit action.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time, and may suspend accounts that violate them. You can stop using the service at any time.
